We pride ourselves with everything we do, varying from: property appraisals, commercial appraisals, real estate transactions, real estate market analysis reports and trend forecasting, to realtor and appraiser websites, appraising software and many more. While still a small company, we think big and are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand beyond what we currently are; that's why we have already branched off in 3 directions:

History of ATEX
First of all, thank you for your interest! ATEX is now 18 years, 9 months and 20 days old. It was originally started in Romania as a retail shop (although we are anything but that right now) and the name carried over when we moved to the United States. ATEX is a family-owned business. The primary values that ATEX would like you to be aware of are our integrity, timeliness and professionalism. We strive to provide our customers with the best services (to our abilities) and we adapt to individual needs.
